"Living with ADHD isn’t just about distractions and forgetfulness — it’s about relationships, emotions, and the everyday struggles that most people never see."

Through seven deeply personal yet universally relatable stories, this book offers an intimate look at ADHD — not as a clinical diagnosis, but as a lived experience. From the partner who tries to keep up with love’s unpredictable rhythm, to the friend who doesn’t understand why plans always change, to the family learning patience in the face of chaos — each story sheds light on a different aspect of ADHD and the impact it has on those who live with it and those who love them.

For family, friends, and anyone seeking to truly understand ADHD, this book is an invitation into the minds and hearts of those who live with it every day.

Insightful, raw, and often unexpectedly funny — this is ADHD, unfiltered.

My Story

I’m Marcell Simon—a dad of two, lifelong tinkerer, and software engineer who needed six‑and‑a‑half years to finish an electrical‑engineering degree because ADHD kept rewiring my plans. Diagnosed only as an adult, I’ve spent every day juggling hyperfocus, burnout, and bursts of wild creativity. NeuroWHAT? shares those highs and lows so no one else feels alone in the whirl.

Who is this book for?
